How do Lecturers get a Zanko-LMS Account?
To get a Zanko-LMS account, lecturers must follow a process coordinated by their departments. The department needs to submit the lecturer's full name and department information to the Information Technology unit at their college or institute. Once this information is submitted, the head of the IT unit at the college/ institute will forward the details to the Directorate of Information Technology and Statistics at the university's presidency.
Following this, the Zanko-LMS administrator will create an account for the lecturer. The lecturer will receive an email from info.zanko@mhe-krg.org, containing the login credentials and a link to access the system.
If lecturers encounter any technical issues with the Zanko-LMS platform, they should report these problems to the IT department of their college or institute, which will then deliver them to the university presidency for solution.
